(1) Notwithstanding anything written in the prevailing law, the Center shall maintain and operate funds and accounts of foreign currency within Nepal or any other foreign country and transfer or exchange such funds within or outside Nepal or from one country to another country. can provide and convert from one type of foreign currency to another type of currency.

(2) The procedure to be adopted by the Center while enjoying the facilities received in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as determined by the Government of Nepal and the Center through mutual discussion.
